I'm Lola, a product designer and PharmD. I spent my early career in clinical pharmacy and healthcare consulting, watching patients and staff struggle with tools that weren't built for them. Since then I've designed browser and gaming experiences at Microsoft and now lead UX for corporate services at UnitedHealth Group, where I built the team's first design system. I bring a clinician's eye for safety to every product, especially ones that use AI.

I am a wife and mom of 3 amazing kiddos and we make the best use of our free time and weekend exploring all that the state of Maryland has to offer! We also share our travels on Instagram.
At the foundation of everything for me and my family is our relationship with Christ, which empowers us to be the best versions of ourselves and walk in our God given purposes.
I recently picked up DIY construction and love breaking things down, recreating them and exploring more power tools.
